SMS has rolled out an important new release of SEEQ, giving our customers more flexibility in how they invite participants to share their experiences.
To support a broader range of participants and engagement needs, we’ve overhauled project configuration and the story collection journey. The updated interface delivers a simple, consistent experience across project settings and story formats.
We’ve also simplified confirmations and related screens to help participants feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and confident that their contribution matters.
Key improvements include:
